Wedding FAQ

You may want to know a little bit more about the way I work, the equipment I use and the amount of time I stay at your wedding… so here are a few answers to the questions that I get asked most often.

Can you travel?

Yes! I operate within a 50 mile radius of Wrexham, North Wales at no additional cost. Additional charges apply for weddings or events that require a long drive or overnight stay. These can vary based on location and availability.

How long does post production take?

I know, I know! You’re itching to see the final film and relive your wedding day, and with this in mind I aim to deliver the finished films within 12 weeks after the last shoot. During busier periods of the year this can take a little longer, but I will keep you fully informed of progress throughout.

What equipment do you use?

I use canon DSLR cameras with a variety of lenses. I have backup camera stabilisers to ensure that I can capture your wedding day in glorious high definition with smooth movement. I use a variety of discreet professional microphones to ensure that the audio is captured cleanly and professionally on your wedding day with minimum intrusion. I update my equipment regularly and am an early adopter of new technology, meaning you will get the highest quality film.

How long will you stay at my wedding?

I start shooting two hours prior to your ceremony so I can capture the bridal preparations and details of the day. I stay throughout the day until just after the first dance. If you need me to stay longer just ask and we can work something out.

How will my film be delivered? Do I get a DVD?

Your final film will be delivered digitally in full hd quality on a usb drive in presentation boxes for you to cherish and keep. Your films can also be downloaded, viewed and shared on all devices via a digital download link. I do not deliver work on dvd as they do not support hd formats.

Can I choose my own music for the films?

All films are edited using licensed music for trouble free sharing on social media. The cost of the licensing is included within your package. Working with the style of the film I will chose the most appropriate music to score your film.
